GQ: Finally, who would you say is the best-dressed British man?
John Hillcoat: I’d nominate Nick but I guess he’s not actually British. Maybe Tom Hardy for his cardigan. The team have been calling it the “Hardigan.”

I have a goal to go see this movie at some point this week. I have a few reasons for this. 1.) I have never actually gone to the movies by myself before. It sounds weird that I should have a goal to do that, but I want to try it. 2.) Tom Hardy. Perfect human. Obvious. 3.) The screenplay for this was based off of a book that a professor from my undergrad wrote, but this reason doesn’t really compare to the other two because I like doing things on my own and I want to see Tom Hardy beat the crap out of people while wearing a grandpa sweater.

SHHHHHHHUT IT.

Tom Hardy’s Beard would make a great show-dog or race-horse name.
